the wildfire broke out this morning. firefighters have had weather on their side. 20 acres burned but the fire is now just 10% contained. flames burning in the area of a devastating wildfire in 1990 that destroyed more than 500 homes. >> now giants situation, out in force today, to watch tv and giants taking on cardinals. however there is a little bit of a problem here. >> there is a rain delay. abc 7 news is live at that game in st. louis. he has -- joins us now with the latest. wayne? >> hello. welcome to st. louis. you know that expression if you don't like the weather stick around, it will change? take a look at the stadium. this is the rain storm. it has changed. 20 minutes ago a rain delay in the bottom of the 7th. earlier, we took a look inside of the stadium. let's begin with a giants fan

his house mate was also arrested. bonham is free on $1 million bail ask could face up to 25 years if convicted. >> we have new information on the murder of an oakland man whose family donated his organs after he was killed in december. take a look at this surveillance video. police say it shows the victim barely bumping the suspect's car while parking. the suspect confronted the 23-year-old chris butler. he was later kill afd driving from the area, police asking for help trying to identify those two suspects. >> oakland police are looking for people posting flyers downtown calling for violence against occupy oakland protestors next week. the flyer tells residents to bring baseball bats to the anniversary event in order to beat up vandals. a previously unknown group calling itself defend our oakland movement or doom is claiming responsibility for the flyer. >> right now police in pacifica are investigating what could be the city's first homicide of the year.

it took place this morning. neighbors reported hearing an argument coming from that house. a man in his mid-20s was found dead. the victim lived at that house with his father. >> now, to the football fan stabbed outside sunday's 49ers game for wearing a dallas cowboys jersey. >> vic lee was in the courtroom as accused attackers entered a plea. >> happening now a criminal case against two men charged with stabbing a dallas cowboys fans goes to court. the two men were arraigned this afternoon in the hall of justice. they pleaded not guilty to assault with a deadly weapon. police say they argued with a fan wearing a cowboys jersey at sunday's 49ers game against new york giants. the altercation happening just outside of the parking lot escalated into a fist fight. police say argueos started the

brawl. they say the two suspects left for a moment, then returned with vienna carrying a knife. investigators say he stabbed the cowboys fan. then, the two ran off with bistanders chasing them to a nearby street. police made arrest. prosecutors say they're not going tolerate what appears to be increasing violence during games. the judge set bail of $500,000 for each defendant. >> a lot of people we talked to believe growing violence is system matic of a growing anger among people in our society. vic lee, abc 7 news. >> police in denver confirm a fire was set up to cover a murder. police say victims died of trauma inflicted before the fire. the call came just before it was set to close this morning. the bar on a busy thoroughfare.

authorities believe someone had to see something there and they're looking for witnesss.. >> authorities are questioning a man they say tried to blow up the federal reserve building in new york. they arrested him in new york city this morning. after he tried to detonate a van with what he thought were explosives. they were fakes sold to him. he says' arrived in the us news january for the attack. he tried to prove people. >> now, california public utilities commission is under fire once again for consumer advocates and san bruno city officials. >> the group upset with the state p.u.c. for naming george mitchell as a mediator. this is just to determine the fine pg&e must pay for the deadly explosion two years ago. the group accuses the commission of only consulting with pg&e on the mediator concerned the law firm represented other utilitis.. >> pg&e on this decision and

really bad news for lance armstrong. more fallout from accusations and ruling that he used performance-enhacing drugs. >> today may have marked final fall from grace for lance armstrong. the disgraced cyclist announced he's stepping down from his cancer fighting charity live strong and on the heels of that, nike said they were receivering their endorsement deal with them. nike said it was standing by armstrong because he maintained his innocence. phil knight said due to seemingly insurmountable evidence lance armstrong misled nike more than a decade it's with sadness we've terminated our contract with him. the cyclist's name will be removed from the fitness sent

romney both hit the road. romney told supporters that the president has failed women claiming they have suffered through high unemployment and poverty rates. the republican candidate says he has a better plan to help women. mr. obama telling supporters romney's only plan is cutting taxes for the wealthy without revealing how he'd pay for that. >> last night's debate both men interrupted and contradicted each other. >> it was a heated debate last night. full of flames that didn't match facts. in the most talked about debate dispute mitt romney questioned a claim about calling the benghazi attack an act of terrorism. >> i want to make sure we get that for the record. it took the president 14 days before he called the attack an act of terror. >> the transcript shows the
