a treasured tim lincecum jersey damaged in a fire on friday. >> i'm a little busy. i'd love to be in st. louis. we're busy. >> no giants road trip for dr. fred warren. his dental office burned down in a fire last week. that also destroyed two other businesses. in san francisco's west portal neighborhood this doctor knows the important thing is that no one got hurt. he'll find another spot but he is a die hard giants fan some of his precious memorabilia that he kept in the office is ruined. >> my lincecum zwrersy hanging and the hats were in the back. they're rather messed up. >> he wore that lincecum jersey all the time and had it on at work the day before the fire. his staff bought it for him the year the giants made it into the world series.

tomorrow. >> judge set bail at half a million dollars today for each of two men charged with stabbing a football fan outside of the 49ers game. the 22-year-old and 30-year-old were arraigned today in the hall of justice. they pleaded not guilty to assault with a deadly weapon. police say the incident escalated into a physical confrontation because the victim was wearing a dallas cowboys jersey. >> the former head of the santa clara valley health plan and hospital system scheduled to be arraigned on drug charges. the 61-year-old is accused of trading prescription drugs for cash and methamphetamines. prosecutors say he provided drugs to minors and say that bonham ran the operation out of his los gatos hills estate. he resigned from his job after arrest two weeks ago. the investigation launched following a series of minor run ins with the law.

a heated presidential debate last night as the president and governor spent much of the evening arguing over claims. abc 7 news mark matthews has been fact checking their statements and he's here now with the results. >> we've been reporting the president focused on attacking mitt romney last night. one topic he thought he could score was immigration. >> called arizona law a model of the nation. part of the law said law enforcement could stop folks because they expected maybe they looked like they might be undocumented workers.. >> that is wrong. romney did not call arizona
