family but did not. abc 7 news has the story from martinez. now the teen has been jentsed a legal chapter is closed but grieving is far from over. >> she now has to go home. she has to deal with life without a husband, without her younger daughter. >> tried as a juvenile is he now 18. in a hearing rosen received seven years eight months for killing the 9-year-old and her father. they rode bikes on the sidewalk along tree boulevard. >> i must say the sentence is more severe than any sentence he would have received had he been an adult. >> the prosecutor told the court rosen was trying to beat a yellow light driving 71 in a 45 miles per hour zone. he lost control and struck the two. the judge revealed he had no
