captioned by closed captioning services, inc. . >> good morning i'm eric thomas. and i'm katie marzullo. a manhunt is underway police are looking for suspects who shot at police officers this morning. terry mcsweeney is live at the scene 23rd and bryant. >> reporter: this where the story came to conclusion where police were able to find the suspect and make an arrest. there are possibly one or two more suspects still out there. take a look at video. first thing is a person being taken into custody. here's what police are saying, there were three possibly three people in a moving vehicle opened fire at a police officer. the officer moved around the suspect vehicle to avoid being shot and was not shot.

nobody was shot at the end of this. the vehicle with the suspect or suspects in it took off, officer followed, called for back-up. one suspect was tracked down at 23rd and york. officers searching for other suspects 15 minutes ago or so they took down the crime scene tape. we also know that there was a car towed from this area with bullet holes in it. we are trying to find out how many suspects there were in the vehicle. we'll have that for you when we get more information. terry mcsweeney, abc7 news. time for a look at the weather forecast. we knew there would be moisture hanging in the air this morning drizzle even a little light rain, radar

pulled out of class yesterday morning after officers found more than a pound of pot in his car left running in the school parking lot and they found $4200 in the glove compartment. police searched his home and found more cash along with equipment used to grow marijuana. southern california man who broke out of jail and his wife have been officially charged by bay area authorities in the murder of a hercules woman. they have been charged in the death of susie ko in her home october 5th. the couple was caught in her stolen suv. washington was waiting sentencing when he broke out and started his trek north. he's also accused of shooting at a los angeles county deputy. six were hurt in an overnight in san francisco.

this morning they are in stable condition. the crash happened shortly before 10:00 last night on 18th and pennsylvania in the city's potrero hill neighborhood. the vehicle rolled over and ended up on 280. it closed one southbound lane of 280 and the mariposa off-ramp for a time but has cleared. occupy oakland protesters plan to march on to frank ogawa plaza it was a year ago today police tore down their encampment, prompting violent clashes. 100 were arrested. today occupiers will does in all black and take over the plaza at noon followed by a march tonight at 7:00. police will let them go as long as it stays peaceful. >> criminal acts are not protected under the first amendment. our goal is to have a peaceful, successful event. >> what has happened in the
