bistro. they wrecked a patio area ripping down doors. despite $5,000 of damage the owner hoping to open for dinner tonight. there have been complaints of people drinking and loitering outside of the restaurant. police stepped up patrols in that area. >> governor brown says next week the patrol will begin sending reenforcements to help officers. chp officers will be assigned to work with local police in high crime neighborhoods. police chiefs say they can use the help. patrol is seeking federal funds to help pay for the redeployment. >> two san jose women are are under arrest accused of a monterey shooting. police say a 31-year-old and 30-year-old opened fire on a woman sitting with her husband in a parked car the husband gave a description. two women spotted just blocks away. police say the suspect and

responsible for taking care of the trees in front of the properties. some people planted trees and are willingly and lovingly maintaining them, others have inherited the trees. in those cases the pruning is something the department of public works has been in charge of. but because of cuts, the department now plans to turn over the well being of 24,000 trees to om owners. in the past, property owners could opt to have the trees cut down. it's no longer an option. supervisor scott weiner says another dedicated source of money needs to be found. perhaps a parcel tax. rather than forcing homeowners to take over the city job. there are 100,000 street trees in the city. dpw maintains 40,000. in san francisco, abc 7 news.

monday looms large for facebook and share holders because that is what current and former employees will be allowed to sell their stock for the first time since the ipo in may. early investors allowed to sell in august. analysts say it's a test of company loyalty and faith. employees control 230 million shares. if there is a sell off it could flood the market with shares and send facebook into yet another dose knife. >> yahoo's new ceo buys her
