another was fatal. an under cover cop was a target of a shooting near 23 and bryant streets. police descending on the scene took two suspects into custody. one remains on the loose. police say they're searching for two suspects in a fatal shooting that happened just after 6:00 last night. a 19-year-old found dead at the scene. another man wounded. no word on motive at this time this, is the third homicide in nine days including another shooting saturday and a fatal brawl a week ago on tuesday. >> police say this man is described as five nine inches tall and stocky. police say ze not appear to have been armed during those robberies. >> well, game two of the world series gets underway any minute. fans are hoping for a repeat when they knocked stripes off the detroit tigers. we're live.

this is a big day for some of the early employees at facebook. they're restricted stock shares vest today that means a bunch of instant millionaires. david louie is live tonight. must be a thrilling time for those employees. >> i am sure it is. you know? these deals, it's a reward for joining a start up at the very beginning. and of course it's a way for a start up to athe very best people. facebook not saying how many instant millionaires have been created here. employees are being divided into two groups, haves and have nots. those seeing the stock units vest today had to work at facebook four years, and they
