police use pepper spray in a mall in texas to break up shoppers fighting to get some new air jordans. officers responded to reports a crowd was getting out of control, several fights broke out. at one point, officers doused shopper was pepper spray. two people were treated for injuries at the scene. the $185 nikes went on sale today, spur long lines. the crowd began gathering at 5:00 a.m. tree three hours before it opened. we have more of the same in the east bai. a security guard punched in the face during a

a break in a murder case today a woman arrested in connection with a murder last month. >> we broke the story today and joins us now from the upscale, silicon valley neighborhood. >> right. this does appear to be a big break in a very high profile home invasion case. the district attorney's office is charging an alameda county woman with being an accessory to a homicide. and of a businessman. a 22-year-old raven channel dixon appeared in court but did not enter a plea. records reveal she was arrested on tuesday after an officer says she offered sexual favors for $600 and cocaine for $50. after her arrest, court documents indicated that she'd admitted to being a prostitute six years, neither police nor

the district attorney are saying what the relationship was with kumra, known as robby, former owner of a mountain winery. he was killed during what police say was a home invasion robbery style at his mansion on november 30th right now she's charged with being an sesry to the crime that took place in that sprawling estate. she also faces other charges related to prostitution, and drug possession. by talked with dixon's mother outside court. >> she's a nervous wreck. isn chains like that, come out, it's hard for a family. so just continue to pray for her. but she's scared. >> we're conducting an investigation, there are detectives in this case still... all day, every day. and are hoping to get a conclusion for this
