sonoma county yesterday. today, the sheriff's department announced this was a botched drug deal. the three victims traveled to forestville in sonoma county apparently to buy a load of marijuana. >> neighbors on the street told me they suspected waits a drug deal and today their suspicions were concerned. >> there was marijuana left at the scene and based on interviews we believe through interviewing people associated with these three victims that it was in, fact a marijuana drug deal gone bad. >> sky 7 hd was over the scene yesterday as investigators discovered bodies in the bedroom of a house rented by the mother of one victim. he has been identified as a 26-year-old raleigh butler from petaluma, living in the truckee area. a 46-year-old from new york is the second victim to be identified. the name of the third victim

frequent fully oakland and san francisco. all three are considered armed and dangerous. >> santa clara county district attorney announced a sargeant acted properly when he shot and killed a man in october, 2011 that. sargeant opened fire during a chase on parkside terrace, tests revealed he was high on methamphetamine at the time. police say kumar smashed his car into a patrol car. he was also suspected of pointing a gun at two other men. >> happening now in the east bay, emoriville police reopened all streets near two buildings today, sky 7 was over the scene after a bomb threat was reported. is live with the latest. >> bomb-sniffing dogs called to the scene. it took hours for authorities to call the all clear. but in the end, no bomb device was found. police received what they describe as a credible bomb
