prison, an oakland man has been set free. here he s johnny yims leaving a parole office after a judge throat his conviction for raping a 9-year-old girl in 1998. because the attacker called himself johnny the family identified yims a former neighbor as a possible suspect. he was later convicted but the northern california innocence project had the girl's clothing tested and found dna evidence proving dmoit have been johnny williams. >> the elevator at montgomery street bart station is expected to be closed at least the next week and a half after a man was found crushed to death inside of the shaft. investigators are trying to determine how he managed to get on top of the elevator car. she say it appears he was homeless, sleeping and crushed to death. police think the only way he could have gotten into the shaft was through an emergency hatch but say someone would had to have helped him. >> the new police experts appointed to oversee court
