the couple accused of killing their daughter's pimp will stand trial. >> they are accused of killing calvin snead in the bay view district last june. abc 7 news reporter vic lee was in court today. >> larry after a preliminary hearing that lasted almost a month, a judge ruled today that this murder case, which became known as vigilante killing, will go to trial. this is more than parents

getting upset about their daughter is being abused and losing it, killing someone. >> district attorney gascone says this was premeditated. >> people thought about this and put a plan together. and then, that led to the murder. >> 22-year-old calvin snead is the victim. the man reportedly pimping the 17-year-old daughter two of defendants. police say he had just brought the girl back to their home in the bay view on june 3. the next day, snead was shot to death in his parked car as he waited to bring the girl back to los angeles where he lived. prosecutors have surveillance video taken by federal agents staking out another case. they say it shows a father, barry guilton and two other defendants meeting on grove street and shows all three men getting into the car. the d.a.says that video is damning. >> you can see the weapon, the vehicle leaving, the vehicle coming back after the shooting

childhood vaccine could lose it's effectiveness over time. a new study finds children given a newer version of the whooping cough vaccine may have an increased risk later in childhood. researchers found reported cases nearly doubled in 7-year-olds. experts believe immune ti waynes after the five skppblg final dose. the study appears in the journal pediatric autos one colorado mom taking aim at her children's school claiming administrators are preventing her from punishing kids for misbehaving. jessica roca was having problems with her two children, 8-year-old couldn't stop stealing things and her 9-year-old was being a bully. she says she tried everything but nudging is working. she sent aurora to school wearing a tee shirt that says "i steal" and her son wearing one that says "i'm a bully".
