he opened fire on a man on his bicycle. that man rode past here bullets flew into this car. but bullets continued to fly. they flew into this apartment complex this, is where the grandmother was. bullets flew into the home in four bullet holes. the hole went through that window hit the baby, sending him to the hospital. he's now in oakland children's hospital. we understand he's in good condition. take a look at some video shot a little bit earlier when arrive together scene. police received call was reports of shots fired. at the same time, shot spotter alerted officers. a 1-year-old boy struck by a bullet or debris while home with his grandmother. theçó apartment complex is called saint john's and police say neither the home nor the child was the intended target. now we saw two dozen evidence
