>> police pursue a stolen car, a stolen cab. the man behind the wheel jumps out with the vehicle rolling and officers are searching for him. >> kira klapper is live where the chase ended in san francisco. >> this is where the chase ended. the cab was parked behind me. the san francisco police cleared the scene 30 minutes ago at san francisco state. this is where the thief crashed the cab slow-motion and ran. we have video from the high speed chase on 280 three hours ago this morning. he led police on a chase that reached speeds up to 100 miles per hour. the c.h.p., daly city and pacifica police had to back up san francisco police he went from 280 do highway one through daly city, pacifica and back to san francisco where it all began. he left the cab near the san francisco state bookstore. they tried to run after him.
