the north koreas have never tested the new missile and have a spotty record of successful launches. still, the united states and japan say their missile interceptors are ready. >> a peace march is held if san francisco's mission district tonight to remember a college student who was killed over the weekend. the 19-year-old was shot in front of his home in the mission district early saturday morning. investigators think the shooter mistook him for a gang member. he was an athlete and honor student at high school before going to lewis and clark college in portland. the march is at 7:00 at the 16th street mission bart station. >> from the north bay, a lake county man is in jail accused of embezzling $100,000 from his former employer. this is a mug shot of john patrick mullen. the paper says that the 44-year-old is in marin county jail accused of embezzling money from a clothing company.

francisco for abc7 news. >> new this morning, part of goff street is open again after this scary rollover crash this morning. an s.u.v. broadsided by another car at the intersection at around 3:00 a.m. and the crash flipped the s.u.v. on to its roof and one person was taken to the hospital after the crash. >> messy water main break on the peninsula kept public works crews very busy overnight. the intersection of van buren and harding avenue in san mateo was flooded after the broken main kept spewing water. the water did not reach any homes in the neighborhood and work crews from the city managed to cap the leak before it was worse. if you look you can see the water spewing from the damaged main in this video. most of the water has subsided and the flooding and mostly under control at this hour. this morning grief counselors return to south bay ambulance company to console worker would lost a friend. the 34-year-old died yesterday
