daughter were killed a area ago today. and this is the twisted aftermath of the collision. two bicycles lay on the pavement, and a crumpled escalade sits on the street. the father and daughter were riding their bikes on the sidewalk, and 17-year-old david jumped the curb and sidewalk. the dispawr daughter were killed. last october rosen was sentenced to more than seven years in jail, but because this happened when he was minor, he will serve out his time in a juvenile facility and will be released at 21 years old. the wife said, i hoped rosen would be tried as an adult in hopes he may serve a longer term in jail. and this vigil is about to start and already getting kind of emotional. i can tell you that tomorrow morning as well there's going to be a dedication of a park and bench at woodside elementary school. that is where the daughter was a

airport. close to that up in santa rosa, where it's just 59 degrees. so with an increasing cloud cover and the winds, pretty nippy out there. some white caps on the bay for the next day or so, and wind gusts throughout the bay area, up to 20 miles-per-hour tonight. here's a look outside. you see getting cloudy here, temperatures in the mid-50s downtown so pretty cool out there, 61 in san jose, 55, half moon bay, and look at the cloud cover here from the sutro camera. nice shot. but temperatures are chilly. upper 50s, fairfield, 59 in livermore, 57, union city. so anywhere from two to seven degrees cooler at this hour than yesterday. that's because we have a vigorous cold front that will slide down into the sierra nevada tonight. that's going to bring out chance of showers, breezy winds and a wind advisory in the wake of the cold front for the coastal hills-east bay hills, san mateo coast and hills of the north bay as winds could gust over 30-35 america.

then the winds abate and much warmer conditions tuesday and wednesday. so springtime but a winter weather advisory through 6:00 tomorrow, the west slopes of the sierra. two to six inches of snow above 5,000 feet. winds could be gusting over 60-miles-an-hour. so spring break for , some so if you're headed to sierra, bring chanes and do -- bring chains and take it easy, after 9:00 and 3:00 in the morning we'll see the rain slip south so breezy conditions and light rain expected torch before high pressure builds on in strongly and that's going to allow the pressure gradient difference and windy conditions around the bay. so here's hour-by-hour, and by 9:00, 10:00, in the north bay, the front pushes southward, midnight, clearing the south bay, and by 3:00, 4:00 in the morning, skies will clear but
