>> oakland police are looking for whoever killed a young mother in front of her 4-year-old son last night. it happened just before 9:00. police say the 21-year-old woman was shot after an argument with an unidentified man and died on the scene. her son was in the back seat of the car parked nearby and was not hurt. police say the boy saw his mother killed. oakland police chief says he tried to comfort the child on the scene z says this is personal because he has a young child himself. several other witnesses provided a description of the naern did this. new details about the steps bart police took in the wake of a boston bombings. the bart board heard from the agency's police chief today ree detailing how he increased officer presence in this system. he told directors how he
