will remain in boston for the time being, undergoing treatment after getting struck by shrapnel. >> breaking news now a woman had a scary fall today when she tumbled down a cide in san francisco. cruise brought this woman to safety. the fire department tells abc 7 news the woman fell 30 feet down the cliff. rescuers put her on a back board carrying her up the hill loading her on to an ambulance. she's expected to be okay. a coalition of civil rights groups are throw being a penalty flag tonight. they say the city and general contractors failed to hire any minority owned construction firms for the job. sounds like they're telling different story autos the city authority got a letter for civil rights saying hey, why

aren't you hiring minority owned subcontractors to help build the stadium? there are plenty of minority players on the field and stands, but a local civil rights group says there are no minority owned subcontractors working on the new stadium. >> as far as we can tell there is no minority business situation. >> i am surprise aid little bit at receiving this response. >> mayor says the contracts were put out to bid following law that for bids special treatment for any group. >> did you do targeted out reach? no. the reason is that we wanted to have people coming in that they're confident to get the stadium done. >> the stadium being built by turner construction out of new york. workers didn't want to weigh in but says they did set up a list of preferred subcontractors based on those that applied. >> do you have a list of those applied and denied?. >> problem is that they

high temperatures for the week ahead in san jose, highs mid to upper 70s then, by sunday through next thursday we'll look at highs into mid 80s so quite a warm up in the south bay as well as other parts of the bay area for next week. fog moving locally across the bay. so low temperatures dropping into upper 40s to low 50s. tomorrow morning at 5:00 we'll see patches and areas of fog reducing visibility in some locations but fog burning back to and away from the coast lichblt sunny skies at the coast around the bay and inland. 60s to low 70s around the bay. and that is including the south bay.
