was not able to be pulled out before the car was engulfed in flames. >> he had to tell his daughter the next day. in an instant the almost perfect life he had is gone replaced bit sadness of watching his children grow up without their moisture and the sight his two-year-old son trying so hard to reach her. >> he said, we have to call mommy. all of women in the limo had worked or were work at the health care center in oakland. they had regular get togethers and the husbands and the children all knew each other well.

to work as a school bus driver and the other two are 50 and 54-year-old brothers. inside the house police found three women and a six-year-old child, we do not know who the ill girl is, and michelle knight disappeared when she was 19. amanda berry vanished in 2003 before she was 17. and gina dejesus was 14 when she disappeared and were held captives until they heard berry begging for help and the neighbor helped her escaped and they called police together. >> on the door. we can't get in that way because the door has so much you cannot fit. we kicked the bottom. she comes out with the little girl and says call 9-1-1. my name is amanda berry. help me. i am amanda berry i have been kidnapped and missing for 10

years. i am here. i am free. >> the women are being checked at the 4079. they are in "fair" condition. this is a photo of amanda berry. you can hear how jubilant the town and the family of women never gave up hope. we expect to learn more in less than two hours, federal and cleveland authorities have scheduled a news conference for 6:00 a.m. >> it is 4:35. the file plans to bring in dog teams to aid in the investigation into the fatal stabbing of an 8-year-old girl in calaveras county. teams will continue to search two reservoirs near the home of leila fowler. a murder weapon has not been found but authorities say test results on existing evidence has brought them a step closer to catching her killer. the girl was found stabbed to death in her home on saturday. there is still no sketch of the suspect. >> the oakland city council will consider a deal that keeps highway patrol officers on the

streets and will extend the country agreement to keep officers on patrol for another 90 days, beefing up patrols by ten officers and two sergeants four days a week to reduce rising crime. >> a fight to keep the historic dome theater in pleasant hill open is in the hands of the city council. dozens weighed in on closing the theater last night. the council is considering an appeal to stop the demolition of the theater. it is scheduled to be replaced with a sporting goods store as part of a shopping center upgrade closing its doors after the more than 40 years in operation. >> a san francisco supervisor committee is expected to vote for a settlement today, with some retailers not have to distribute wanting materials for service provideers over the law which has been on hold that requires all cell phone merchants to distribute

>> it is 4:42. be prepared for the possibility of trouble with your bank. it could be one of the financial institutions targeted by hackers. the f.b.i. is warning american banks and government offices could be hit by cyber attacks today launched from the middle east and north africa by hackers linked to a group "anonymous." up to 140 banks are targets. most people are inconvenienced but some could have data stolen. >> pg&e could have a massive record fine for the explosion that killed eight people in 2010. staff of the utility commissions is recommend they pay $2.25 billion penalty. it would be the largest fine ever levied. the recommendation came the same day that city leaders and a security group filed their own recommendation for a huge fine.

investigators blamed faulty welding and safety violations for the explosion. pg&e says this will make it harder to upgrade the natural gas pipeline and the judge will weigh the recommendations and make a final penalty this summer. >> this morning as the wildfire seasons ramps up the forest service is adding faster planes to the firefighting aircraft and selected contractors to provide seven new heavy-duty air tankers at the cost of $160 million that can drop a larger payload of fire retardant than what you see here carrying 3,000 gallons of liquid. the country need is aging and requires heavy maintenance. >> sign of the fire season to come, firefighters need all the help they can get after caltrain spending to double the average

this time of year. most have been small. last week's major fires are contained or will be contained this week. governor brown says the state hired more firefighters when officials realized the snow pack had less water content than normal. >> firefighters say there were no working smoke detectors in a mobile home where a fire killed three people. investigators are trying to determine how the file started. firefighters say flames and smoke filled the mobile home. the victims are a 33-year-old, and his 33-year-old wife, and their four-year-old son. a neighbor told investigators he heard a loud noise that sounded like a bomb going off just before the fire started. >> a boost this morning for bikes on bart with a new survey conducted after a one-week trial in march when bicycles were allowed at all times on all
