several hours looking for an armed suspect airk juvenile with a gun spotted this afternoon. when officers arrived he pointed at them in the parking lot. one officer opened fire. the search focused on an area but there is no sign with a young man with a gun. sky 7 takes us to breaking news in marin county. you can see a bus hit while police taped a car along southbound u.s. 101. the crash caused the bus to sway. the driver escaped unharmed. one suspect has been arrested. >> caltrans has a plan to fix problems on the new bay bridge, still, cannot guarantee they

wedding celebration. what have you found? >> abc 7 news obtained files on limo stop and have been pouring through hundreds of pages today this, is is what we found. the owner runs the company but does business as one san jose limo and oakland limo. the files show all have seating capacities of nine or less but web site has pictures of several larger limos and party buses. you'll recall the limo had nine passengers one more than this vehicle was allowed to carry. so this may be a violation. the files show p.u.c. had enforcement actions against limo stop. again in 2008 then two years

ago. all had to do with limo stop failure to keep up with its liability insurance as well as failing to pay for worker' comp insurance. p.u.c. could still fine the company for having one too many passengers in that limo. in the first quarter of the year already, the p.u.c. fined 19 companies state wide, a total of $31500 for violations and the agency is also issued suspension notices against 43 companies state wide in that same period. >> a major announcement from san francisco 19ers. abc 7 news has the story. >> they wear it well.

49ers super stars showed off their 501s. levis, oldest company in san francisco invented jeans for 49er miners. the deal with today's football team is the joining of two local icons. >> i feel confident levis is going to be here fr a long time still to come. we wanted to make sure the brand stayed the same. >> in this deal, paying $220 million to put its moniker on the pa sill ti. the highest paid for a stadium where one team will play. they posted 1.6 in net revenue.

milestone tonight. the company is reporting a soft. and stock is soaring and after hours trading has gone up more than $13 a share since this afternoon. >> the car company is polishing up the image. revenue over $11 million, compare that with an $89 million loss after hours trading in the stock is up 20%. today, the company ceo said tesla is on track to sell 22,000 cars this year. model s retales in 80 to $100,000 range but said financing the car could increase the market by 10 fold
