we're hearing trapped under part of the boat for as much as 10 minutes. doctors were unable to revive him after he was freed. the team is devastated by what happened. 11 members of the crew brought back here to alameda. we have pictures of that. 13 people on the boat, andrew simpson died. one team member was injured but only with minor injuries and 11 brought back here, then something that speaks to the camaraderie of competitors. italian team pulled up with their tinder, and took them back out on the bay. we've got video of the yacht sailing from the artemis web site. the team has been the subject of a lot of speculation over

breaking news. a postal worker complained of itchy skin and light headedness and had to be hospitalized. that caused authorities to close the post office. five workers walked into the hospital about a block away on hid street creating concerns of contamination in the emergency room that had to shut down for a while. a hazmat team arrived and tested a substance found on clothing. the substance turned out to be fibers from a conveyor belt and they were not toxic. >> an emergency evacuation turned into a near riot today, kids got a call with you to pick up their children immediately but then had to wait for hours. what went wrong. laura? >> the threat turned out to be nothing. the all clear given this afternoon. problems happened after

discovering discoverry. stephanie's day care operating since 1995 but california department of social services conducted an unannounced visit. we have stunning results of the investigation. leanne? >> hey, cheryl this is a complaint. in it social services recommending the owner of the day care, which you see behind me, never be employed or be in contact with any facility regulated or licensed by them. this notice posted on the door of stephanie's day care is there to alert the community it will remain closed for the time being. california department of social services saved complaint against the owner. and an investigator was sent to the home in milpitas. the investigator there nearly two hours, and found an infant boy strapped in a car sneet a
