30-year-old aunt has three broken ribs and a collapsed lung. the driver is cooperating. abc7 news reporter amy hollyfield has a report on what is happening this morning at the top of the hour. >> the search resumes for a missing autistic girl who vanished from the family vacation home in clear lake. the search shifted after new evidence surfaced in mikaela renee lynch disappearance. video shows her running up the street after she was seen at the home on sunday and her family asked us not to show the video because she is not wearing clothes. authorities believe this eliminates the possibility that mikaela renee lynch went in the water. neighbors are asked to double check their surroundings. >> i checked my woodpile in the back. >> pretend she is playing hide-'n-seek and look every possible spot she could be in. >> mikaela renee lynch cannot speak and has the mental capacity of a one-year-old and

lives in san francisco and attends sunset health try school. >> the 12-year-old boy charged in the stabbing death his younger sister will make his first appearance in court today. the brother of 8-year-old leila fowler was charged with second-degree murder with a special allegation for the use of a dangerous weapon. we are not showing his face because he is a minor. defense attorneys want him released from custody based on his cooperation with investigators. officials released the step mother's 9-1-1 call. she was not home but called police after the 12-year-old called her to report an intruder in the house. she did not know that leila fowler had been killed. we posted the call on-line. >> a school district will pay $2.8 million for a former thou was sexually abused telling her story to use when she filed a lawsuit last year. she was abused in the 1990's

while attending a middle school. at one point, the district seemed to suggest she was to blame for what happened but later apologized. the settlement will be paid by an insurance company. >> attorney general holder faces a grilling when he heads to capitol hill. members of the house of representatives judiciary committee will ask tough questions about the targeting of conservative groups by the i.r.s. abc7 news reporter katie marzullo has more. >> attorney general will be in the hotseat and face the house of representatives judiciary committee at 10:00 a.m. and republicans will grill him about the i.r.s. targeting conservative group for extra tax scrutiny. also this morning, we know the f.b.i. has been called to investigate the i.r.s. and federal agents are now slated to interrogate internal revenue employees in cincinnati in washington, dc. the big question, whether i.r.s. officials illegally engaged in partisan politics while on duty

and whether they violated the civil rights of tea party and conservative groups by singling out their applications for tax-exempt status for extra review. of note, the maximum penalty for violating the civil rights statute is 10 years in prison. the family says it bigger than them. >> to a target and profile objections and individuals based on ideology should scare everyone. >> the agency watch dog reports flames ineffective management at i.r.s. offices with agents overly aggressive with more than half the targeted groups asking for unnecessary information. the i.r.s. said it is required by law to determine if organizations are engaging in a legally permissible level of political activity but the agency acknowledged inappropriate shortcuts were used. the white house said they had in knowledge of the tactics after reading a new report president obama calls the tactics

intolerable. >> a san jose high school student is under arrest this morning charged with stabbing another student on the school bus. police say it happened when a fight broke out on the bus yesterday afternoon. sky 7 was over the scene and you can see the bus stopped at the intersection. police say the injured students wounds are not life threatening. >> san francisco's board of education will meet to review sending final lay off notices to dozens of public school employees, which face layoffs, 105 of them, and 70 are teachers and 35 are administrative and office positions down from march when 200 preliminary lay off notices were sent out. the superintendent says there are budget shortfalls but many positions are being eliminated because they are no longer needed. >> negotiations will resume between the union representing 800 concession workers at at&t

park and the giants concessions. the workers authorize add strike approving the vote at 97 percent support. the union leadership to call for a strike for five days and a boycott of food and beverage at the park. the workers demand the first raise in three years. and they are confident a deal can be achieved. >> the arena will rock tonight as the warriors fight for their lives in game six of the series against the spurs. last note in san antonio, the guard steph curry and thompson had off nights with combined only 13 points. harrison barnes scored 25 but the spurs pulled away in the third quarter and parker leading the spurs to the victory. the spurs lead 3-2 in the series with tip-off at 7:30 on espn.
