officials released this picture of 58-year-old david steven as rest and rescued a child from his home zrik her as a victim. investigators say stevens recorded the sex abuse on video. dannish authorities discovered recordings this month and tipped off u.s. officials about the crimes. agents searched the home and believe there may be additional child victims. well, some young moms pushing baby carriages ran for cover when shots rang out. police are looking for two men who opened fire near a crowd of young people ampking out at frank ogowa plaza officers don't know why they started shooting. >> that is not the case here, a richmond woman became a victim of a deadly shoogt last night, shot and killed in her lone oen bed. the 64-year-old benito todd was hit several times, someone fired a dozen rounds into her apartment. her 40-year-old son was also sit hit. todd nicknamed granny lived in

showed signs of mental health issues. the sheriffs confirmed they responded here multiple times. >> we talked to neighbors after neighbor. each expressed shock about the horrible murders of a 48-year-old grandmother and 1-year-old grand skpon a stabbing of a 3-year-old grand daughter. a next door neighbor true trouble was brewing with ruben ramirez, ramirez is the son of the dead woman and uncle to the dead child he said several instances where the police have come over and there is domestic violence in the home. they've been called to deal with him. and he's fought the police before. >> medrano says ramirez will be taken for 72 hours. the time use bid law enforcement to determine a person's mental state z then, would return home. >> he has to come back if the family takes him in, you know, like they do, just a phone

most of us like the smell of bacon but some people in a san francisco neighborhood are tire fd having to smell it all day long. sne live near a restaurant called bacon bacon and that smell is not go owing to be a problem much longer. >> for many it's a distinctive and usually pleasant smell. bacon has been referred to as meat kandy and this restaurant called bacon bacon makes foods using the cured meat.

but some neighbors have complained about the constant smell, one hired an attorney and filed a discrepancy report with the planning department. you see this is a residential zone without a peshlit the restaurant cannot operate and since the permit process has been stalled because of this neighbor, the health department says it must close. >> until they get approval we cannot give them a personalit. >> that neighbor's attorney told us his clients is working with the restaurant to make the necessary improvements. >> the restaurant going to play by rules not going row dus bacon smoke going to clog the neighborhood or traffic impacts. >> the owner told us he'd like to get the permit first and then makeup grade autos it's a $30,000 upgrade i need to do
