>> breaking news now in the boston marathon bombings, the f.b.i. is investigating a shooting in florida after one of their agents shot and killed a man being questioned. he has been identified as a 27-year-old foreigner, and happened this morning at orlando condo complex. a friend of the suspect was asked about his friendship with deceased tamerlan tsarnaev, both martial artists. the suspect threatened the agent and he had to shoot. >> we are following develops news in the south bay, santa clara sheriff deputies raced to the metcalf power station in south san jose after getting reports of a man wandering in the area, the same pg&e power station vandalized by someone who fired a high powered rifle at the transformers. deputies searched the area a short time ago and shined bright

tornado which was upgraded to ef-5 and that is as big as they get. here are the latest numbers to the destruction. 10,000 people were exacted. 2,400 homes gone. possibly $2 billion in damage. that does not compare to the loss of life, the tornado killed 24 people including nine children. a father has identified his nine-year-old daughter as one of the victims killed at plaza towers elementary school. at the other school hit we hear from a teacher who was severely wounded protecting her students, her two daughters were among them. her letter was impaled by a metal rod. the pictures are stubbing. >> i asked my daughter if she could see if it was on my leg that could be lifted and i could put owl and she realized and screamed it was in my leg. i could not let go in hysterics

power lost. a security guard spotted a man dressed in all black in the fields and you can see the security of looking around back here and you can see there are a lot of trees and heavy brush so there is an easy hiding place and three was last seen running to monterey road. you can see the sheriff cars in the area forming a perimeter. this response comes after an incident at the power plant in mid-april with cables cut by vandals in south san jose and a bang of pg&e were shot up by a rifle. it is believed the same person or people were responsible for both with power and phone service disrupted including cell phone and 9-1-1 systems. at&t power cables were vandalized and the phone company offered up a $250,000ry ward for information leading to arrest and conviction. extra security was added after the april incident and we are told that a couple deputies are
