good afternoon, everybody, i'm larry beil. >> i'm carolyn johnson. the extent of the damage from the deadly tornado in oklahoma is becoming clearer today. we have new details we're told 24 people were killed in the tornado. 10 of them were children and two of them, babies just four and 7 months old. the last six missing people have now been accounted for. five of them were found alive. >> the tornado was on the ground for an excruciating 40 minutes. the disaster zone stretches more than 17 miles ask cost $2

two minutes is how much time he had to race outside into the safety of his neighbor's storm cellar. >> and then... >> what could you hear? >> things hitting the door.ymym and you couldn'tmy tell houses were being toppled, destroyed. tornado was like the others. there were forecasts leading up to this tornado predicting the destructive path. whit hit, the residents of oklahoma had just 16 minutes to run for their lives. that is how much notice they had.ymñi jackie draper says she tried to take cover in her bathroom. within seconds the roof of the house, gone. debris just kept falling and falling. >> she lost everything but know that'sç for others it was worse.
