weekend. matt? >> one officer is still at the scene. you can see the crime scene clean up is here, too, leaving in the next few minutes and there is crime scene tape in front of the house. this happened after 10:00 a man was found one gun wound and died at the scene. five hours earlier another shooting killed two on rhinehart drive. both victims could be tine, 14 or 15 years old and the double shooting happened behind a busy shopping center. a witness said she did not see the shooting but she saw a group of men standing around a victim kicking him repeatedly. both were shot with a handgun but no weapon has been recovered. officers hope to track down a bicyclist seen speeding from the area. >> younger, on a bmx bicycle is a "person of interest" but we do not know if he is the suspect or

not. >> a police officer said the victims could be students at a nearby high school. officers went door to door to find witnesses. they were the 17th and 18th homicide and the homicide on hayes avenue is the 19th. >> developing news in san leandro police are investigating a shooting at costco off of 880 in the parking lot near the gas station after 3:00 yesterday afternoon. people were out shopping. police say the victim's car was left behind but no sign of the shooting victim or the suspect. they are urging anyone who saw what happened to give them a call. >> this morning, mountain view police are trying to determine who left a pressure cooker in bushes at a shopping center. police were called after someone spotted it next to an apartment last night.

the bomb squad used infrared equipment and determined it was giving off heat. officers went door to door and evacuated residents. there was concern because they were used in the boston marathon bombings. >> it is good they are checking it out. it is cold. we will wait as long as it takes. >> residents returned home 9:00 p.m. after experts gave the "all clear." >> we know the name of an international star would was killed in an accident involving a party bus on highway 101 in burlingame. the 36-year-old who performed under the name "sparkly devil" after the vehicle was hit by another car head on. officials say she and her husband had been drinking and eight people on the bus suffered

minor injuries. >> memorial day safety is the mission this morning for law enforcement across the bay area. they are conducting around-the-clock controls at sobriety checkpoints. 23 agencies are teaming up in san mateo county alone with some departments setting up checkpoints against drunk drivers who try to avoid them. the checkpoints continue through tonight. >> the oakland police department will honor officers who gave their lives in the line of duty with a memorial day procession. the latest oakland police deaths occurred in march of 2009 when four officers remain gunned down with a suspect at an apartment complex. 51 oakland police officers have died in the line of duty since 1867. the procession is followed by visits to the grave sites. >> president obama is promising long term federal help in rebuilding the oklahoma suburb of moore which was flattened by

the deadly tornado. the governor of oklahoma is calling on residents to turn to faith. last night, 2,000 people attended an interfaith memorial service for victims. the president made a visit to the town meeting privately with families and stopping by an elementary school that was destroyed. the tornado killed 24 people, ten children. >> later this morning, president obama will lay a wreath at tomb of the unknown to mark memorial day. at arlington national cemetery in virginia, wreaths-laying ceremony will be underway at 8:00 our time. the president also is scheduled to deliver remarks honoring the men and women of the military who have made the ultimate sacrifice. >> a world war ii veteran from the east bay is honored for his bravery. the 87-year-old dan franklin will receive the french legion of honor medal. in 1944, when he was 17, hes was

now. we will talk about what will happen this afternoon, when the scattered showers come in, so do the wins that are gusty. they will be more widespread over the delta and san francisco bay at 1:00 o'clock to 9:00 and west winds gusting at 15- to 25-knots. you can see the showers to the north as we head through the 7:00 to 9:00 hour, the best area to see any organized wet weather is the north bay and drizzle developing along the coast. you can see headed to noon a scattered light shower is possible and the front draws closer so the better chance of scattered light showers are in the afternoon and evening hours. overnight, drizzle is possible at the coast and a stray shower and possible on tuesday morning headed in the afternoon and we will see brakes and sunshine. the temperatures will stay the same as today which is cool, with 68 in san jose. moving up the peninsula we have

low-to-mid 60's. at the coast, mid-to-upper and temperature is 59 in downtown to 62 in south san francisco and 63 in sausalito and mid-to-upper 60's through the north bay and we will be lucky to get that warm with the rain. mid-to-upper 50's at the north bay beaches and low-to-mid 60's long the east bay shore and the dry air is the east bay valley mid-to-upper 60's and possible 70 in fairly. today, the game is with the giants crossing the bay bridge and headed over there at 7:07 and warming to 65. tonight the temperatures are off, clouds and drizzle at the coast and maybe a stray shower and low-to-mid 50's. the seven-day forecast show the temperatures a little warmer and we will hold steady on wednesday as another system passes to the north and a big warming trend coming for thursday, friday, saturday and sunday. >> we have a check of the drive

speedway. a nylon rope supporting a tv camera landed on the track during the race on sunday and these fans were sent to the hospital and others suffered minor cuts and bruises. the nascar race was delayed for half an hour as officials removed the downed cables. >> engineers in washington state are working on a temporary bypass to the bridge that collapsed on interstate five north of seattle with work expected to get underway in the next day or two on the temporary steel bridges. engineers hope to have structures in place in three weeks. crews are working on a plan to fixed the damaged bridge to be re-opened by fall. >> one of san francisco's major museums will close its doors for a big expansion. your last chance to wonder among the art for free. >> are you ready to do some grilling today? the research that might have you wanting to do
