6. walmart pleaded guilty to charges of dumping hazardous materials down the drain at stores throughout california. the charges criminal misdemeanors and part of the deal walmart will pay for dumping pollution into sanitation drains. two years ago walmart settled a civil complaint. and an employee caught pouring bleach down a drain in san diego and solano county a boy found playing in a mound of fert lidzer. walmart says it's fixed the problem. >> political contributions are among the grievances protesters plan to bring up tomorrow, today in oakland a group announced it's plan to

in southern california firefighters battling a wildfire likely to continue burning another week. the fire broke out outside santa barbara county yesterday. forcing 6,000 memorial day campers to leave. the forest service says it's only 10% contain asked with winds gusting to 40 miles per hour this afternoon officials don't think they'll have it contained until june 3 a week from yesterday. >> tomorrow the state supreme court takes up an issue in our money strapped schools should someone not a nurse or doctor be allowed to give injections to stud zblents a school nurse's union is challenging a proposal when tight school budgets called for he lick nating nurses at many schools.

tonight a huge fire that erupted is almost out after burning almost seven hours. chemicals aboard the train ignited when 15 cars derailed triggering a massive explosion felt several miles away. the fire department says smoke from the fire was not toxic but a 20 block area was
