quick work of firefighters helped rescue a woman. officials say the woman somehow fell into the water around 4:30 this afternoon. a witness through her a life preserver and another, then a life jacket. firefighters pulled her from the water. she had been taken to the hospital, no word tonight on the condition. people who live in the path of california planned high speed rail line and aren't happy about it got their day in court today, they're claiming it's turned into a giant boondoggel. abc 7 news reports from sacramento with a project. >> google earth shows landing that aaron and his wife bought in the hopes of building their dream home one day. that is until the california high speed rail authority proposed running tracks through the property. and he others sued, claiming the bumt train has broken a promise made to voter who's approved a $10 billion bond under proposition 1 a.
