calm winds helped limit this fire to just a few acres. and nearly 3,000 people forced to evacuate can now begin returning home. firefighters say cool air helped them gain ground in the fire. about 45 mime northwest of los angeles they're now calling it 40% contained. the fire destroyed at least six homes. damaged nine others and charred 46 square mile autos employees at yahoo got a scare today when a white powder was nound a package. the package found in the mail room at the office about 10:15 this morning. an employee opened toilet find a powder inside. five people were decontaminated as investigators checked out that substance. it turns out the powder was harmless, just a vitamin c everyone is safe than sorry. >> social gaming company zynga

nightly light show is experiencing technical problems. hundreds of 25,000 lights are now stuck in on or off position. the computer program now performing erratically. organizers are trying to figure out how to fix it. >> the concert series got underway. not everyone is singing a happy tune. organizers received complaints from neighbors after the concert friday night. about 25 people phoned in their displeasure, promoteors made sound adjustments and complaints dropped to just two for sunday.
