traj dmi philadelphia following the collapse of a building. one person confirmed dead. a reporter from our sister station joins us now with more.

>> the scene here is still very active at this hour. you can take a look where crews looked to search for debris and possible survivors. sheer what is left of a salvation army thrift store. a neighboring building when a wall came crashing down, trapping several people inside of the store. this happened around 10:45 this morning. many people were able to walk out of the rubble. and city official as announced one person was killed. a 35-year-old woman. they have not released more information on her. they say they don't know how many people were inside at the time, this will be a 12 to 24 hour operation.
