a deadly moving rampage. gunfire stretching for blocks and indecision to six victims shot and killed police tell us the gunman is now, also dead. >> i hear bang, bang, bang. so i ran. >> gunfire sent police scrambling to a street corner near santa monica college. >> we heard a loud bang. and repetitive gunshots after that. >> i seen people running a girl told me i had to get off the camp use police say the gunman was shooting on the run. >> the suspect headed towards the library. shot at women just before entering. accosted a number of patrons inside of the library. the officers engaged the suspect. he was shot and killed. >> this eye witness saw a man on the ground. >> he had shoes off and he was

with the story tonight. >> we're several hours into this investigation and police are still on scene and this store still closed. police called here about a fight inside of the store and someone was using some kind of weapon during that fight. right now investigators have not described the weapon nor said what sparked this fight to led to this homicide. a quick response did lead to arrest of the speekt we received a call from inside about a fight involving a weapon. officer was able to take the suspect into custody while inside of the store. >> he said 13 seconds is how long it took police to arrive here. the call before 11:00 a.m. there were customers and employees inside of the store during the fight. they were held inside and this
