on the area checking cars leaving the marina looking for this man. a 10-year old boy says he sexually assaulted him in the bathroom at the berkeley marina at 1:30 in the afternoon. the boy was playing on the lay ground and he went to the bathroom. >> this is more build. i have been here my whole life and never heard of something. i am shocked. it is safe. they have patrols all day every day. >> police say the man could have been hiding in the area after the assault and slipped into a brushy area where homeless hang out. they scoured the area but so far no arrests have been made. they are asking you to keep your eye out. he is physically doing okay with his family now.

breaking news from antioch where police are on the scene of a overnight shooting that killed a young man. a 21-year-old was shot at 12:30 near d and 18th and taken to the hospital but did not survive. miss have not released details of any suspect or possible most in the shooting. antioch police are vetting the death of a man found in a home. officers were called to a house near canada hills drive last night at 6:00. they discovered the body of a 70-year-old man inside. police have not released his names or details of how he died. it is treated as a homicide. >> from san francisco, a high speed chase with a man on a motorcycle ended in a crash at 19th avenue. the motorcycle driver crashed after slamming into two cars. the chase began at 12:30 at
