with the details. >> this is still unfolding and a very active seen. look behind me right now application are trying to get three protesters out of the trees. officers are lifted up to the trees in cherry pickers to bring them down. this video shows one arrest being made. protesters have seen three arrests. this is happening on fell street at laguna on land that has been sold to a developer. they decided to occupy this land to try and stop the development. >> everyone in the neighborhood, a lot of people in the neighborhood had no say in what was happening to their beautiful green space.

assaulted and problem add woman on a streetcar. it happened on tuesday night on the muni line in bay vow. investigators say a 67-year-old woman was punched in the face who she believes are around 13 or 14. awe-struck her in the face with a fist and grabbed two hurricanes. she feared for her life and did not resist. >> the victim showed up with a bruised check without her purses which contained cash and cell phone. anyone with information contact san francisco police. >> san francisco police will look at video from surveillance camera to figure the cause of the massive muni crash. 15 people went to the hospital after historic streetcar rear-ended a bus along market street. no injuries were serious. both drivers underwent routine drug tests and are off driving duty pending the investigation.

>> 33 members of a violent street gang are scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon. in all, 48 members of the street gang, a prison based gang were indicted after a multiagency investigation announced on tuesday. some suspects are already in risen for other crimes. others were arrested in a big police sweep. nine suspects are at large. the d.a. has filed 77 charges ranging from drugs, weapons, to murder. according to the indictments they robbed six san jose banks threatening tellers with guns. >> the supreme court could hand down decision this morning on two major gay rights cases including proposition eight, the ban on same-sex marriage. lawyers expect a decision on prop 8 and a challenge to the federal defense of marriage act before the court's term ends in two weeks. the court heard arguments in march and the justices will issue some decisions today but they do not say which cases in

advance. if a ruling comes down, we will bring it to you the moment it happens. >> the city of san leandro and the police department are being sued in federal court for allegedly violating the civil rights of gay men. the tribune reports that the suit involves officers conducting undercover sting to stop sexual activity in a restroom at a marina. prostitution was not a factor. while it usually is illegal to engage in sexual activity in a public place targeting only gay men could be considered discrimination. the plaintiff's attorney say no proof has been found of similar police operations involving heterosexual couples. dozens of gay men have been arrested would were never charged. >> caltran could be able to on the new eastern span of the bay bridge on schedule. two the three international known bridge experts hired to review the construction say nothing should stop the bridge from opening to traffic on

questioned on the national security administration leak. whistleblower snowden remains out of sight probably in monday congress and yesterday he said hackers hit china and north korea and hong kong. he intends to stay in hong kong to reveal what he calleds "criminality" by the united states. the n.s.a. says the claims are by snowden are false. federal officials are preparing to charge him urge the espionage act. a poll shows that members are more concerned about their privacy online. 43 percent worry about the government checking what they do on the internet but more people, 57 percent, say they are more worried about private companies doing the same. the survey was conducted last year before the recent revelations of large-scale secret government surveillance programs. >> developing news from colorado where a wildfire burning out of control has destroyed 92 homes. officials expect the number to
