along the coast, sunny skies and 62 degrees around the bay and mid-70's in oakland, and lots of sunshine and the warm-up continues inland with highs in the upper 80's. leyla gulen? >> friday morning lite so far but we have construction in dublin causing quite a bit of slowing. in the westbound direction over the altamont pass, that is starting to build. we were showing you on the waze app down to 15 miles per hour and it is making people very angry as you make the drive into the westbound direction, this is where we will see the bulk of the traffic starting at highway 84 as you make it to the dublin/pleasanton interchange. further back you can see yellows coming through over the altamont pass where we will see the delays. as we take a look at san jose drive, this is 280 away from 17 and it is dark out there. dads must be sleeping in for father's day weekend.

>> nothing wrong with that. develop news in san francisco, activists will be back in the former hayes valley farm a day after a police raid chased the protesters off the site. amy hollyfield is near the site. amy? >> look at this police presence. they have a huge van blocking laguna street and they have police officers surrounding the perimeter. they are making sure that no protesters return. they are watching for them. they are trying to prevent trespassers taking over the land. police kicked them off the land yesterday in the of night hours can they made seven arrests in the process including three people in trees and refused to come down. protesters are upset because the land is set to be developed into apartments. they want it to stay friend.

they want it to stay as open space. there was word they were going to come back and take it over. right now, they are not here. it is quiet. if they did show up they would have quite a force of police officers to deal with. >> thousands of oakland city workers have authorize add strike in no progress is made in contract talks. the employ ears asking for raises that the city says they cannot afford. city leaders are underestimating tax revenue according to the union members and have been protesting. the workers have not set a dated for possible strike. it would be the first employee walkout since 1946. san jose is looking if a new fire chief. the current chief says he is leaving for a job in las vegas. the 55-year-old has been chief in san jose for three years and is the second high level official to step down this year.

the police chief moore retired in january. >> developing news from miami where the deck an outdoor sports bar collapsed sending dozens of people plunging into a bay. two people were in the hospital with serious injuries. we have the latest. >> it was supposed to be a fun night but turned into chaos as dozens were jumped in the water below. fans packed the miami sports bar to walk the nba final and the patio deck collapsed crashing into the waters. the water was shallow, only 5' deep but many were pounded into the bottom by a wave of people, tables, chairs, umbrellas, falling on top of them. dozens of people rushed to the scene and pulled people from the water and searched for others. it sounded like a freight train when the deck gave way. >> you walk in and you heard

20 children and six adults were killed in the december 14 shooting. the town voted to tear down the sandy hook elementary school and rebuild a new school on the same site. the families of the you haves continue to push for new gun control laws. sales for guns jumped in the wake of the tragedy and the past 12 months have been bad for gun violence they have been good for one gun maker in particular, according to the latest earnings report, smith and wesson hit $588 million record sales for fiscal year ending in april. the gun industry saw a spike in demand for those fearing gun control debate would make buying a gun more difficult. >> bart board has approved a new $1.5 billion budget amid throats -- threats of a worker strike. bart budget includes an initial order for 410 new rail cars the
