bart police are still waiting for a signature, a judge's signature when they get it, charges will include two counts of false imprisonment felonies including four misdemeanor battery charges. deportation proceedings are in the works. 24-year-old was arrested may 10th released two days later for lack of evidence but now, investigators are using this video as primary evidence in this case. @uavd of ice, determining he was here illegally. it's unclear which will come first deportation for the criminal case. bart rider are unphased by what they saw. >> it happens every day. san francisco. you know? unpredictable. >> amazing different stuff people do. makes you not want to touch hand rails around here anymore,
