doe back to october 29th the night the 16-year-old left a home coming dance early because she didn't feel well. the night of what prosecutors called a brutal gang rape that went on hours. dane doe now 20 years old answered questions and spoke directly and without emotion at the table, two of hear accused attackers. she said a friend approached her as she was about to call her father. she said he asked her to join him and three others at a picnic table. she says she recalled seeing a bottle but didn't remember drinking from it. the young woman told the court she remembered very little of that night. i remembered not seeing anything because my eyes were closed and i was holding on to my necklace and getting kick ntd stomach. the prosecutor asked did you

consent to have sex with anyone? no. did you drink with those boys? no. she said i got up to stand up and woke up at the hospital. a sex response nurse testified her face was stole swoelen, her would body including again talls were bruised. jane doe testified when she awoke i felt very nauseous, as if someone took my insides and stuffed it back in. the prosecutor showed photographs of her injuries. her backs covered with lacerations bruises, dirt and vegetation. from being dragged on the ground. she told the court i felt a burning feeling they told me they put cigarettes out on my back. i still have scars to this day. now cross examination was very brief. the defense lawyer suggested jane doe could have contradicted her own statement whtz lawyer refered to a
