young boy has died. he was attacked a home on elizabeth way around 11:00 yesterday morning. authorities say the dog that attacked the child is either a pit bull or a pit bull mix. the child who lives with his grandparents was taken to lucille packard children's hospital but later died of his injuries. neighbors tell "abc 7 news," two potentials lived at that home. amy hollyfield will have more on the story coming up in a live report within the hour. a former fremont teacher sent to prison for possessing child pornography has been arrested again. he was arrested last week in pleasanton on suspicion of a sex acted with a child under the age of ten. the the former teacher was sentenced to a year in prison after a man said a man said he was molested by him as a boy. his bail is set at $410,000. >> new details on the nsa secret surveillance program. president obama is

developing the program in a new tv interview and high ranking republican we'll learn more about the spying today. katie marzullo joins us live. the chairman of the house intelligence committee, republican mike rogers will preside over a hearing. he expects the head of nsa will declassify additional information about the spying program. he says the program hats foiled dozens of terrorist plots. president obama is at the g-8 economic summit in northern ireland. he is defending the spying program. just as the man who leaked the kiss tense to the world reveals more information. edward snowden tells guardian newspaper that the british government spied on diplomatic targets from all nations and smart phones at a similar meeting of world leaders in 2009. he said the u.s. spied, too, on calls by the russian president. snowden's father is asking

another attack in the east bay. a man was shot and killed last month. this time police say two men robbed a couple saturday morning. investigators say they beat the man in head with a handgun before taking off with their possessions. robbers remain on the loose. on june 3rd, a group of people beat two students that stopped at lookout pointed. >> san francisco muni has released video showing two young girls attacking a woman on a muni metro train. we obtained the footage captured by security cameras. two young girls attacked a 67-year-old passenger and stole two purses she was carrying that contain cash and a cellphone. it happened on the t-third street line. happening today a naked man accused of harassing bart passengers is expected to make his first court appearance. youtube video shows the man terrorizing the 16th street
