time. >> no, it's not. not in this area. starbucks workers are cleaning up the mess. in past 20 minutes they brought in the materials here. large boards. the goal they tell me is to board up this entrance here where the car crashed earlier this morning. check out this video earlier this morning, milpitas police say a 59-year-old woman crashed into the starbucks this morning. five customers and five employees were inside but amazingly were not injured. damage reached all the way the counter. the regional manager says is the fourth car to crash into one of his stores in milpitas and fremont in the past three years. customers stopped to take pictures of the mess. >> i don't know, this is crazy. >> wow! >> reporter: police say the driver was cooperative and would not likely be cited. the car was towed from the

spokesperson a car made an illegal turn into front of the bus. butts hit the car and get going. a doctor was sitting in back of bus when he noticed the bus wasn't stopping. >> there was nothing stopping the bus. i got up there and he, his eyes was awake and asked him a couple questions to see if he was conscious. i thought maybe there is something wrong with the bus. i put my foot over his and stopped it. >> the only injury was to the bus driver. less than 24 hours after a 16-year-old boy was shot to death by gang members, police in san jose say they have a plan. they are calling the violent crime reduction plan. it will roll out in three phases. it will saturate areas considered gang hot spots. they will put 20 additional gang patrol units on the

streets. the primary focus is to tackle a recent spike in violence. >> the department needs to do something in the hot spot neighborhoods. we have come to the realization that the way we were doing things before could be done better. >> the next two phases roll out in july and august and increase in intensity as the summer months progress. >> richmond police are investigating a shooting that left a 30-year-old dead. it happened on pullman avenue. they did not find the gunman. the identity will is being withheld. at nascar, thousands of fans will show up for activities and that means a lot of traffic jams to get to and from the races. amy hollyfield joins us live from sonoma with more. >> reporter: good morning.

danica patrick, dale earnhardt, jr. and there are still tickets available. amy hollyfield, "abc 7 news." >> wow! >> new this morning, reports about new england patriots player aaron hernandez could be facing arrest. they said an arrest warrant has been issued in connection of the shooting death of his friend odin lloyd. a warrant for obstruction of justice was drawn after police discovered that the security system at his home and cellphone were both destroyed. they say he hired a large team of house keepers to clean his house on monday. a video shows them both together hours before his death but so far no warrants have been ironed into this case. an autopsy on james gandolfini has confirmed the soprano star died after heart attack according to a family friend.

a dog and his owner made famous by a viral photograph celebrate a milestone. john unger feeling that his german sheppard was dying of arthritis, he took the picture of falling asleep. it was posted on the internet last year and prompted thousands of people to send him donations for arthritis treatment and it worked. unger posted this recent picture celebrating his birthday. the dramatically improved his condition and enough left over to help other dogs with problems. coming up on "abc 7 news," meet opie, just got ou
