in the bay area district this morning. right now the shooting happened after 2:30 with police saying three men broke into a converted warehouse and shot a woman and a man. one of the victims grabbed one of suspects' gun and slot a suspect. that suspect was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition. the other to got away. abc7 news reporter kira klapper will have more in 30 minutes. >> man is dead after a separate incident in san francisco in the projects. investigators responded at midnight and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. he was taken to san francisco general where he was later pronounced dead. no one has been arrested in that case. >> the waiting game continues. the supreme court could decide this morning to overturn california's ban on same-sex marriage. abc7 news reporter cornell
