police towed a boat away from shores of a richmond park. that boat ran aground weeks ago. police say the sex offender was living on it. they arrested him for failing to register where he lived but he's out of jail now. police gave him until june 24th. and now, they will destroy it. >> union members voted to authorize a strike. the contract expires sunday night. and bart workers could begin striking on monday morning. bart trains could come to a
