>> san jose police officer assigned to sexual assault investigation unit is accused of a sex crime himself. 33-year-old tony fregger is charged with two felonies after becoming involved with a 16 year old girl and is accused for asking and possessing sexually explicit photos of the girl. >> what is especially aggravating about the case is here is a man who is responsible for investigating sex crimes and actually is charged with committing one. investigators say there is in evidence of a physical relationship with the teen. fregger is on leave. >> negotiators for bart and the largest unions are set to meet face to face since the describe ended, agreeing to extending the existing contract for a month while they continue bargaining. workers voiced grievances at the
