mostly sunny around the bay from 67 in sausalito to 75 in san jose and along the coast into san francisco it will be partly cloudy at 60 to 65. lation laying? >> we are starting to see a couple crashes and a few stalls. we have one crash over the altamont pass in the eastbound direction in a construction zone and westbound traffic is building from tracy and as we take you into danville, southbound side of 680 a stalled vehicle in sick more valley road not causing any delays and blocking one lane but northbound and southbound direction are actually moving along at top speeds. as we take it outside we will look at walnut creek commute north of this you can see how 680 has a few travelers making their way from highway 4, and smooth down to the 24 junction. >> a search for 50-year-old oakland woman sandra coke has

moved to the solano county fair grounds based on new information about an old acquaintance. kira? >> the ex-boyfriend from 20 years ago has an extensive criminal past and authorities say they determined he was the last person seen with sandra coke the night she developpished. we have a picture of him, 56-year-old, a registered sex offender. police are questioning him in coke's disappearance but he happens to be in custody on an unrelated offense. 8:30 last night the search for the 50-year-old missing woman took office great urgency and the police department major crime investigative unit came straight to vallejo where search crews were combing the fair grounds and the park. 50 search-and-rescue volunteers helped on foot and in all-terrain vehicles. on tuesday, coke's mini cooper was found not far from her home in north oakland and two her

. >> a union negotiating with bart will issue 48 hour strike notice if no progress is made in contract talks today. the service employees international union made the threat after talks ended paving the way for another possible bart strike on monday morning. the governor brown ordered a board of inquiry to investigate the talks and is expected to get the report today and decide what to declare a 60 of day cooling off period. >> city workers in hayward could go on strike tuesday morning to try to get an impasse declareed. contract negotiations with the international union break off two weeks ago and no new talks are scheduled. >> volunteers in the south bay getting things fraud a big give away to help children in need get ready for the start of the school year. matt keller is like in san jose to explain this. >> you can see all the backpacks are set up at sacred heart county separated by gender and age, the kindergarten backpacks

families also receive give cards to boy new shoes. >> the city of benicia decided to prepare an environmental impact report delaying a plan to transport crude oil by rail to the refineries. according to our media pan the vallejo times herald the city decided to call for more review after getting dozens of comments and conflicting scientific reviews on the $30 million rail project. officials hoped to get approval next month but the project now is not expected to go before the plans commission until december at the earliest. they shift crude oil to the benicia refinery by boat and pipeline. >> details about a murder that led to a stand off and a fail police shooting in sunnyvale. confronting a man after a two hour stand off at a home after

it started after the man murdered his, stranged wife. the two were in court on wednesday for divorce proceedings and she filed a restraining order. last year, she cited domestic violence. he has a metal works company a short drive to the home. >> mills high school students are scheduled to retake their advance placement test this morning after the college board invalidated the scores in may. the students profited outside the courthouse in redwood city yesterday because they wanted a reinstatement of the scores. a lawyer for the testing service filed a motion to move the case to federal court. a lawyer for the school accused the college board of delaying in order to make the students retake the test before the case is heard. testing scores for 220 students were inreally dated because of rules regarding seating. most of them are headed if college in a couple of weeks. >> thousands of music fans will come to san francisco to kickoff day one of the outside lands

could possibly be the reason for this accident over the altamont pass at grant line road a two-car crash but one of them has overturned and mike was telling me there is quite a deficit fog in the area so make sure you travel senior carefully, slow down your speed and, again, eastbound 580 at grant line, we do is one lane blocked that leaves an overturn vehicle and two scar crash so there is slowing westbound. you will see delays in both directions. this is also a construction zone in the eastbound direction which is going to last until 8:00 this morning. as we head over to 80 eastbound direction, at powell set this accident is still blocking a lane and now we are seeing a buildup of traffic in the westbound direction approach the scene of accident. mass transit is running on time and outside here is a quick look at the drive in san jose at 880 and everything is moving loan fine. >> there could be extra traffic on 880 tonight before 7:00.

mandatory evacuations for 75 home owns and the fire burned 60 acres and 300 firefighters are battling that blaze. >> the federal government is putting a stop to richmond's plan to use the power of imminent domain to seize upwater loans and help homeowners restructure mortgages. richmond leaders launched the ground breaking plan to help home owners who owe more on their homes hand they are worth. the housing finance agency that regulates fannie mae and freddie mac indicated it would limit or cease business activities in any jurisdiction that uses imminent domain to seize mortgages. the bondholders went to federal court to halt richmond's plan saying it could cause investers losses of $200 million or more. >> san jose's gold club now is open for business, the upscale gentleman's club is located in the heart of downtown and that is drawing criticism from surrounding businesses and elected officials and they contend a bikini bar is not the
