doesn't sound like a heck of a lot of progress is being made at the table. >> well, no. larry and today bart management told us he had, quote no appetite for another strike and true that we heard that his announced the governor he will go to court necessary in san francisco, sunday morning to ask for an order that these sides abide by a cooling off period. they're expected to negotiate. that is what they're doing in the building behind me. >> as he went into yet another bargaining session the district lead negotiator said the talks were somewhat productive. and generally cordial. >> i don't raise my voice. i don't yell, or scream. they don't yell, they don't scream. it's very polite relationship. everybody realizes we've got a job to do. serve trying to do it. >> the district has not come

forward to bargain with us fairly. >> union leaders have stronger words saying bart management has yet to offer meaningful counter proposals on the main issues of pay and benefits and union leaders say but for the governor's intervention, union workers could have walked off the job. >> i think we'd in what? day five of the strike? >> now, they went in northerning both sides indicated that they would like to avoid a cooling off period, even bart said that which is thd this cooling off period. they assured us they're inside trying to negotiate a settlement before sunday. now, today, i'm told it's supposed to be a big day in the talks that they do plan to tackle some of the cuts economic -- tough economic positions. the governor asked for a court hearing for sunday morning at

9:00 and if that point he will ask a judge to impose a 60 day cooling off period. looks like trains will run monday morning either way. >> also breaking news in vacaville. krous founld a body but officials have not yet made i'd fix they found that body searching for a 50-year-old federal investigator who disappeared over the weekend. they made the discovery about an hour ago near lagoon valley park. authorities meefed -- moved the search to today after scouring part of vallejo tonight and this evening. vic lee is at the scene with the latest. >> this is cherry glenn road. just down the road is where that body was located. when police made at

announcement this afternoon they said as you said, they had not identified the body yet and when they do they'll have to fot any next of kin. let's go to sky 7 hd from that area. the body disdmufrd a woodsy area. it's thick with brush and true treez. the search started in a three-square mile area around solano county fair grounds. the search are turned out to be fruitless. police say they've obtained new information pointing to vacaville to lagoon valley park just across i 80. the body later found just across the highway from that park in this unincorporated area. now, sandra coke left her home sunday night and never came back. police said she was last seen that weng a paroled sex offender. he is a felon a long violent rap sheet. they arrested him tuesday on

the search for a missing girl from san diego county. investigators say a car belonging to suspected kidnapper james dimaggio has been found in idaho. horse back riders say they saw two people resembling demath crow and hannah anderson in the wilderness wednesday. the two kiss appeared after the body of hannah's mother and unidentified boy were found -- body. the body might long to 8-year-old ethan. >> information is that we believe this was a planned event that was prop prep raigs involved. >> a bomb squad will check dimaggio's car or explosives before other detectives examine it. san diego sheriff said the 40-year-old has what they call a quote, unusual infat twaigs with 16-year-old hannah anderson. >> the man accused of shooting and killing a 19-year-old woman in san jess yeah had a appearance in court today. the 23-year-old has been charged with qount of murder

we found one summer intern ship for students that stands out. students are interning at san francisco general hospital. it's a unique experience. they can see everything, even cadavers. >> there is a lot to say about a human cadaver. >> seeing inside, muscles bones nerves, all of those things. it's something to remember. >> we see that the area. >> discovering the human body is one of the many lessons introduced to these 12

students during summer internship. the program offered by orthopedic trauma institute. they get to shadow doctors. >> a lot of students are part of their school's health program autos they're interviewed before they are selected. the vast majority attend high schools in the west contra costa unified school district. >> this is an opportunity to have exposure to the medical field, nurses, technicians. physical therapy. emergency rooms etc. they witnessed several operations exposed to the tools used during those surgeries here a student uses a midas drill on an egg like a surgeon would do. >> it's rewarding you know you're hearing someone else. to know this is interesting to learn something to be able to apply to myself. >> students are given
