sant cruz sheriff's office has arrested a foster parent on child molestation charges believing he may have hurt several children accused of molesting a 14-year-old boy and a second victim. he's been a foster parent 16 years. he's also volunteered in local elementary schools. the sheriff's office asking for public's help in
