nicco? >>guest: i will take it from here with a sig-alert that canceled northbound along 280 with all lanes re-opening because of an early fatality involving a party bus that went off the road. one person was killed and all lanes have re-opened. we have top speeds in the area. in the east bay in hercules, eastbound along 80, at highway 4, before you get to eastbound connection we have a motorcycle versus a deer blocking one lane with slow-and-go traffic and san jose is wide open and at top speed along 101 headed between the nimitz to the south bay highway 280 with no issues. our forecast shows mike is bringing summer. >> i am trying. we are getting closer. the visibility shows we were dealing with drizzle and,

low clouds come back tonight, and will be late like last night and drizzle is along the coast and summer warmth for the better part of the 15 day forecast. we will have roller coasters here and there and i will show you that. today, we are going up a little bit a keg watcher in concord and fremont and oakland and santa rosa at two, and san jose goes from 73 to 78 today, a five-degree jump. until 7:00 the cloud cover is making the late push but by 9:00, it is starting to retreat from the east bay and the south bay and by noon it is out of every neighborhood outside of the coast where you can see it will be thin, again, during the afternoon hours. it will be thin of the up north and thicker along the peninsula coast. temperatures today are mid-to-upper 70's in the santa clara valley with los gatos and morgan hill and gilroy in the low pressure 80's. delightful weather and 67 in milbrae. half moon bay is at 62 and the

sunset, daly city is 61. downtown san francisco mid-to-upper 60's and low 80's around santa rosa and 80 at napa and 67 in berkeley and richmond, falling short of the low-to-mid 70's and the rest of the east bay neighbors have that. mid-80's for the east bay valley to upper 80's and brentwood is at 90. the warmer weather is becoming its way up the central valley to inland with the biggest jump in temperatures. mid-to-upper 50's tonight so it will be comfortable and tomorrow we are behalf to average and wednesday is the warmest day and you can see temperatures pull become at four to six degrees by friday, and that warmth comes back saturday and sunday and a nice forecast and steady all the way through. traffic is steady. any issue?

we do have a few issues. i-50 from the altamont pass, we have lots of traffic from tracy to dublin and it will take 45 minutes to make the commute in the westbound direction but here is an accident blocking one lane involving a big rig accident. into castro valley there is an injury accident westbound side not blocking any lanes and on the shoulder but it is enough to cause spectator slowing in the eastbound direction. as we take it over to the san jose area, southbound 880, we have some ramps shut down until 7:00 this morning and we are seeing a little bit of slow downs in the area and the rest of the nimitz is fine and to the golden gate bridge there is the traffic coming from sausalito and a clear drive and as you make it in the northbound direction not too bad but we have another report of an accident at highway 37 on 101

highway patrol tells me there was only one vehicle involved in the crash, a type of party bus and it drove off the side of the road and into a wooded area with the right side of the bush sheared off and the man in the front passenger seat was killed. he is only described as a man to his late 30's from san francisco. responders say the drive was nowhere to be found and no one el was in the car but the two men. a few hours later they discovered a man with minor injuries up 280 a few feet away. >> at this point we have one person we located within that area transported to the hospital for minor injuries for a precaution. we do not know if that person is involved in the collision or if

no new talks are scheduled and as the judge orders a cooling-off period to prevent a strike. abc7 news reporter amy hollyfield is in orinda. >> we are seeing the trains running this morning and we hear a clear message from passengers this morning. they want both sides to get a deal done during the next two months. a judge ordered the two month cooling-off period yesterday morning and governor brown requested the 60 day extension and the two sides did negotiate yesterday but said little progress was made. they do nut know when they will go back to the table. passengers have had enough of this and a computer said he does have high hopes that a deal will be eached in the next two months. >> the chances are good, better than 50 percent, and the public would be upset if it does

they do not know who the driver is but they believe he might be here at stanford hospital. the accident happened before 11:00 laugh night on northbound 280 in portola valley. the c.h.p. tells me there was only one vehicle involved and it appears the driver of the bus lost control and drove off the highway and into a tree about 10' from the side of the road. the right side of the bus was shear off and the passenger died at the scene. the vehicle went down a 20' ban ment. a man was discovered near the site in the wooded area off 280 and they do say they not sure if he was the driver of the vehicle. >> i have not been able to get too much information from him and we do not know if he had a medi
