>> it is 4:30. as the fall semester gets underway at city college of san francisco the group pushing to revoke their accreditation is in hot water of its own. katie marzullo is in the newsroom with this story. >> several things happening with community college which may be getting a boost in an effort to keep accreditation. the department of education has sent a letter to the commission of junior community colleges, the board that took away their accreditation, saying it did not comply with federal rules when they decided to pull the accreditation. the evaluation team did not have enough teachers, two, the commission leader's husband served on the team evacuatedally college is a conflict of interest. it is not clear what the impact will have on the school's future. the college held the back to

plane has crashed. cruise are on the scene near the airport in birmingham and the large cargo plane came in from louisville, kentucky, and it crashed half an hour from the airport. it is believed only the pilot and co-pilot were on board with no word on the extent of their injuries or if they survived. there are reports of an explosion and we saw some flames but that is yet to be confirmed and we are working to get more information on the story. follow us at abc7 news. >> two blackhawk helicopters will join the battle against a 4,000 acre wildfire that destroyed a dozen homes near park city. several vehicles, boats and sheds have been destroyed. 250 homes are under threat. they have been evacuated and the fire is only 5 percent contains and it appears to be sparked by lightning. >> the hospital in atlanta had a change in heart and agreed to add a 15-year-old boy to the list for a heart transplant.
