project. the heavy machine backed into magda gonzales just before noon yesterday. the tragedy happened near a construction area. gonzales had attended san jose city college in the past and the school doesn't know whether she came to register for classes her family told investigators she was thinking about returning. cal osha, police and san jose police are investigating what happened. >> in marin county prosecutors gave a closing argument in the trial of josephfy..n naso accud of murdering four women. vic lee joins us with the story. vic? >> prosecutors should be wrapping up closing arguments in about a half hour then naiso goes back to jail. this after a two month trial. prosecutors called 70 witnesses to try to prove he drugged victims, photographed them, then, strangled them.
