will be filed against anyone. the chp wanted to see if anyone was criminally negligent. they focused on the driver and the owner of the company. sources tell us at the end of july the chp decide there'd was no evidence to press criminal charges against the two men, then, suddenly brown's eflt straifrked wife, rachel hernandez brown said the two argued on his cell phone before the fire as he was driving. >> i'm sure cohave saved them. you know? he was too busy on the phone. >> hernandez brown charged her husband was playing music to loudly and not paying attention. investigators renewed their probe of brown. sources tell abc 7 news the chp reviewed a cell phone record determining that he had not been on the phone with his

there has been blood shed in streets of cairo and other cities today with at least 60 people killed in fighting nationwide. supporters of ousted president mohammed morsi took to the streets in what was called a friday of anger clashing with counter demonstrators. night fell in egypt. the crowd dispersed when a massive fire still burned in downtown cairo. today, to yous of demonstrators took to the streets a response to violence that killed hundreds. egyptian military responded with a show of force, tanks lined up in the coastal city and in cairo's tahrir square. security forces used live ammunition to contain crowds. the obama administration is
