>> 15-year-old boy has a suspected hash laboratory in the shed which is the strongest form of marijuana. he lives with his mom. the police found seven grams of concentrated marijuana and 43 pounds of loose marijuana. the boy was arrested after being under surveillance for several days. >> a 19-year-old foster city man is sentenced to two years if prison for sexual battery. the man was arrested in august. he snuck into a neighbor's home and a nine-year-old girl's bedroom. the father grabbed the teen and held him until the police arrived. he admitted to breaking into a 17-year-old girl's home and fondled the girl through her clothing. he will have to register as a sex offender as part of the sentence. >> a man is accuses of a lewd act that may not be the first time in front of young children inside a burger king restaurant.

a mother says a man exposed himself and simulated a sex act in front of her and her three young daughters. the man could be involved in other cases and the description matches a stretch released of a man connected to a string of exposures across the bay area. >> antioch police are searching for a man who stabbed his pregnant girlfriend. the 18-year-old stabbed his 16-year-old girlfriend in her leg and abdomen around 10:30 yesterday morning. he got away. the girl and the baby were not seriously hurt. >> a man shot by a c.h.p. officer is accused of a violent case of road rage and now faces attempted murder. he ran down a motorcyclist on friday in oakland. this is the aftermath of the crash. a c.h.p. officer caught up with the suspect he refused orders and the officer feared for his life and he fired on the suspect

today. brief, warming trend tomorrow as we get more sunshine at the coast and highs are below average this weekend. so, probably the bright of the day of the next four will be tomorrow. temperatures today are below average with 79 in san jose and a lot of mid-to-upper 70's in the santa clara valley and it is warmer in los gatos and morgan hill and gilroy and mid-80's. santa cruz, you will see sunshine this afternoon headed to the boardwalk at 74 degrees. low-to-mid 70's on the peninsula but millbrae is 70 and at the coast, mid-60's stretching to downtown san francisco. south san francisco a couple of degrees warmer at 68 degrees. through the not bay valley you will deal with pleasant mid-to-upper 70's and sausalito is 68 and we will have mid-60's around bodega bay. 69 is berkeley, a cooler spot, and 70 in oakland, all the way to 76 in castro valley and fremont and richmond to 77 in

hercules and the east bay valley, mid-to-upper 80's so the weather conditions to get more comfortable in our warmest spot. tonight, the temperatures are in the mid-to-upper 50's with low 50's in the north bay and the concentration of clouds are mostly around the bay and into the north bay temperature. the low is pulling to the north with that counter-clockwise pull and the strongest wind is over all of us today but it will be over the north bay tonight. that is why you will be cloudy. if you head up to the north today, up to oregon, you can see the showers and the thunderstorms will develop as the low moves away. tomorrow morning, it will be gone and we have boundaries coming through with dry air in the afternoon and it is the best way for sunshine. two to four degrees warmer tomorrow and wees there a couple of degrees saturday and sunday. sunday is the cool of the spot in the forecast. >> good morning, everyone, we
