and drew anger from the judge. dan noyes joins us live now from the court house in san rafael with the latest. dan? >> naso back near marin county acting as his own attorney but the judge almost fired him today, naso's demeanor changed. his suit, tie are gone but snid comments are flying. the children of his victims took the stand, testifying about the impact of the deaths. carlen was 21 when naso killed skmer dropped her body in 1978. today, her daughters testified about their loss, about having no memories of their mom and being accused by their grandfather after the mother was no nger there to protect them. shane ashby smoek spoke with me about naso. >> i think he's a monster. he should be punished for crimes he is the son of

roxine rogash. shane was just two at the time. >> yes. i think about it. everything your mother has done with you since you're two years old. and imagine life without your mother. i mean, there is no simple way to explain it. >> jamie parse yonz was also two when her mother died. naso killed pam parseons and dumped the body in an orchard in 1993. jamie says the first memory was growing up in foster homes and the murder affects her relationships to this day n opening statements naso said all of the victims my heart goes out to them but i am not responsible. very no regrets. he urged the jury not to give him the death penalty. the prosecution called a sheriff investigateor to add yet another victim to the case.
