couple hours later. >> police have not identified the shooter or type of weapon used only saying the girl was hit by a bullet and they're hoping to identify the intended target and motive for the crime. detectives are speaking with neighbors and adults who were in the home. members told me the girl is in surgery, and doing fine. before going inside, and closing the door. >> the man accused of shooting a property manager has been identified as a 42-year-old. accord together sheriff's department he fired through the front door hitting the manager in the leg. he surrendered but only after the s.w.a.t. team lobbed tear gas into that house. abc 7 news learned he was an investment advisor who worked out of his home. he's being held on $2.5 million bail. >> chp looking for the person
