speed through emeryville. the bay bridge toll plaza shows metering lights are not turned on but heavy conditions in the cash-paying lanes. >> developing news from the peninsula, caltrain service is normal this morning after being stopped for a broken gas main. abc7 news reporter amy hollyfield is in san bruno where pg&e crews have been on the scene all night. >> i have good news for the 50,000 people who take caltrain on weekday mornings, service is running. you will have trains this morning. service was in doubt because of a gas leak that happened last night. construction crews punctured a gas pipe last night at san bruno avenue and san mateo at 8:15. they stopped train service and waited and wanted to see if they would cap the gas in time for the service. >> we are always working to try

we are continuing to follow breaking news from nairobi, concern why with smoke and gunfire seen at the shopping mall taken over by terrorists. we have seen that with the smock -- smoke still rising. it has been chaos for several hours. we are monitoring the unfolding stove from washington, dc. >> yes, kristen, the terrorists timed the attack for maximum impact with dozens of children inside the mall attending a festival. a rescue operation is underway and they have pulled out a thousand people. >> security forces stormed nairobi's west gate mall to end the siege. there was a loud explosion followed by black smoke with the sunday of gunfire. almost all of the hostages have been rescued but the stand off continues. forces do not control the
