others were injured. they cannot confirm the number of hostages still inside the mall. >> uc berkeley graduate was injured in the attack and you can sigh she suffered facial injuries in the twitter photo. her father says she is recovering. >> i am happy...she is okay. there was metal that hit her and in the leg. she graduated from cal in 2005 and lives in kenya. three other americans were injured. >> bart and the two biggest unions are expected to return to the bargaining table hoping to hammer out a new contract. they will meet three days this week they have until october 10 for a deal when the 60-day cooling-off period ordered by the governor expires. if there is no agreement the worker could strike by the 11th. bart says the two sides remain $112 million apart. the sticking points are pay raises, person, and health insurance contributions.
